Holden Rental Terms and Conditions |

Driver qualification. Drivers must be aged 21 years and over. A valid full driver licence must be presented and check before commencement of the rental. The driver licence must have been held for a minimum of one year. Additional identification is also required. Valid overseas driver licences are acceptable at the Holden Rental Dealer's discretion and must be accompanied by a valid passport.
Insurance. All vehicles are insured for comprehensive risk in accordance with the provisions of the insurance policy. Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 years inclusive are required to pay a surcharge, as set out in the Rental Agreement.
Damage liability. In the event of an accidental damage, and/or loss of the insure vehicle, among other things, the hirer is responsible for the level of excess as noted on the Rental Agreement. Such liability may be reduced on payment of the collision damage waiver fee. As your Holden Rental Dealer for details.
Payment terms. With the exception of customers with credit facilities, pre-payment of the estimated charges at commencement of the hire is required.
Extension of the rental period. You must seek the Holden Rental Dealer's approval to extend the rental period at least 24 hours before the expiry of the initial rental period. Failure to comply with this requirement may render the insurance cover provided void.
Vehicle availabilty. Whilst every effort is made to provide the vehicle requested, it may be necessary to substitute an alternative due to unforseen circumstances. The Holden Rental Dealer reserves the right to refuse hire in certain circumstance.
